We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dubai Ceiling Fan. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review our Return Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We should be notified within 72 hours from receiving the item with the reason for the return. After this indicated time period, returns will not be entertained.
- 1 Returnable Items:
- Physical damage/broken items
- Items does not work fully or at all
- Items is not as per the listing description (color, size, type, etc.)
- 2 Items for exchange: Items with no fault subject to following conditions.
- Item(s) has not been used/installed
- Item(s) packaging is not damaged
- No missing parts
- Item(s) is in a sell-able condition
- 3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for return, including (but not limited to):
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Item(s) has been used
- Item(s) has been damage by incorrect use/installation
2. Return Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@lumosquanta.com with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. This should be no later than 72 hours from the date of the product delivered.
- Return Authorization: After approving your return request, the pickup of the item(s) will be scheduled with our delivery team or a 3rd party agent.
- Inspection: Once the item(s) has been received, our technical department will inspect/test the item(s) for the reason of return for approval or rejection

- Exchange for the same item
- Store credit to be used on the same site on any listed item(s)

- Exchange for an item(s) of the same value
- Store credit to be used on the same site on any listed item(s)
3. Refunds
- Processing Your Refund: Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation receipt of the refund transaction via email. Please note that any delays in reflecting the refund on your account should be addressed directly with your financial institution.
- No refund will be provided for items falling under section 1.2 & section 1.3
4. Replace/Repair Under Warranty
Products found to be defective within the applicable warranty period will be addressed according to the specific warranty terms outlined for each item. Depending on the situation and the manufacturer's warranty conditions, the item may be repaired or replaced. Please refer to the product's warranty documentation for detailed coverage and procedures.
